We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trip data is retained for 2 years to allow you to reference past trips. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8). Payment details (last 4 digits / expiry only) are retained for 7 years for tax and compliance purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive fields (passport numbers, card details), and regular security audits. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
